What we collect
We collect your email address and name when you sign up. We also store the places, ratings, and trips you create in the app.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the Pick the Spots service. We use your email for account management and, if you subscribe, billing communications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Third-party services
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Google Maps for place data. Each has their own privacy policy. Stripe processes payment information directly — we do not store card details.
Data retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion by emailing us. Billing records may be retained as required by law.
