Use of service

Pick the Spots keeps private lists of places to go, each with a group chat for the people you invite. You must be 13 or older to use it. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Your content and the chat

You are responsible for what you post: spots, messages and photos. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or violent, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. There is no place in Pick the Spots for objectionable content or abusive users.

You can report any message from its menu in the chat, and block anyone there: you stop seeing their messages and getting notifications from them, and they aren't told. We look at every report within 24 hours, and remove content, and close accounts, that break these rules.

Subscriptions & billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase by contacting us.

Plan limits

Free accounts may keep up to 5 lists, with as many spots as they like, and 20 Pepper lookups a month (up to 5 a day). Pro accounts get 100 Pepper lookups a month (up to 25 a day), and everyone in a list a Pro account started uses Pro’s allowance there. Each person’s lookups are counted on their own, and allowances start over each month and day in UTC. These limits may change with notice. Existing data is never deleted when limits change.
